Suite
The Call Handling portion of our Customer Service Package offers a variety
of options and materials, all focused specifically on call center customer
service training.
MaraStar's Call Handling Suite includes 6 call center cartoons,
called ToonUps, which can be broken out of the complete Customer Service
Package and used alone as part of a focused call center customer service
training program, or used in conjunction with the other customer service
training tools to deliver a comprehensive employee training program.

Flexible Training Options
The Call Handling Suite is only available as part of our larger Customer
Service Training Package, which is divided into 6 segments to
provide a variety of training formats. The call center cartoons presented
in the Call Handling Suite address common customer frustrations with the
way their calls are handled-being left on hold, ignored, shuffled to and
from representatives and not having their issue resolved.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's customer service training tools, the Call Handling
ToonUps can be used as stand alone call center cartoons or integrated into
PowerPoint presentations, sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or
incorporated in E-Learning and CBT programs.
