Suite
The Harassment Suite offers a new take on harassment training for the workplace,
using humor to educate employees about their rights and responsibilities at work.
This approach differs from most print- and web-based training for harassment,
who take a serious, traditional tone. The Harassment Suite follows the familiar
format used in all our human resources courses to entertain and engage employees
for a more effective training session whose lessons stick. The Harassment Suite
is part of the comprehensive package of Human Resources courses that includes
print- and web-based training for harassment, diversity, change and more.
MaraStar's Harassment Suite includes 4 cartoons dealing with harassment
training for the workplace, called ToonUps, as part of the modular Human Resources
Training Package. This comprehensive training course includes 16 human resources
strategy and scenario cartoons covering the most common HR training issues. The
Harassment Suite is one of 6 interconnected human resources courses within this
HR Package and can be used alone or as a complement to any of the other suites.

The scenarios presented in this suite are appropriate harassment training for
the workplace and for employees at any level. The cartoons included in this
suite teach employees to stop and think before speaking or acting, how to
evaluate other people's perceptions and how to be sensitive to and considerate
of fellow employees.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's human resources courses, the Harassment ToonUps can be
used as stand alone HR tips or integrated into PowerPoint presentations, sent
via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated in E-Learning and CBT
programs for a more web based training for harassment.
