Suite
The Office Distractions Suite shows employees what not to do, and why, in a series
of quick office "cube etiquette" cartoons that are informative and fun. The Office
Distractions Suite presents office etiquette, noise distractions and workplace
courtesy in a humorous way that gets employees involved. This suite is part of
the complete Office Professionalism course, a comprehensive training package that
covers office etiquette issues and situations such as email etiquette and
organizational planning.
MaraStar's Office Distractions Suite includes 5 office cube etiquette
cartoons, called ToonUps, as part of the modular Office Professionalism Course.
This comprehensive package includes 36 office etiquette, noise distractions and

Flexible Training Options
The Office Distractions Suite covers poor office etiquette: noise, loud music and
other distractions common to many workplaces. This suite can be used to teach an
office cube etiquette lesson that focuses on creating a work environment that is
cooperative, productive and distraction-free; or, it can be taught as part of the
complete Office Professionalism course as part of an overall training session on
creating a more professional office culture.
The Office Distractions Suite teaches employees proper cube etiquette, and how to
be mindful of coworkers. This suite addresses office etiquette noise distractions:
annoying computer sound effects, loud music and overly chatty coworkers. All 5
animations shoe the negative effect bad office cube etiquette can have on productivity.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's Office Professionalism tools, the Office Distractions ToonUps
can be used as stand alone office cube etiquette tips or integrated into PowerPoint
presentations, sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated in
E-Learning and CBT programs.
