Suite
The Problem Solving Suite helps employees deal with workplace issues in a way
that is constructive and cooperative to the whole office. Problem solving skills
are taught using humor in a manner that is easy for employees to relate to, so
the lessons are easier to remember and practice. The Problem Solving Suite is
part of the complete Office Professionalism course, a comprehensive training
package that covers office problem solving and other common workplace issues
such as electronic communications and organization.
MaraStar's Problem Solving Suite includes 4 office problem solving
cartoons, called ToonUps, as part of the modular Office Professionalism Course.
This comprehensive package includes 36 cartoons dealing with a wide range of
workplace issues common to many offices. The Problem Solving Suite is one of
8 interconnected segments within the Office Professionalism Program and can be
used alone or in conjunction with any of the other suites.
