The Quality Customer Service segment provides valuable lessons and tips for
providing quality customer service as part of an overall customer service
program.
MaraStar's Quality Customer Service Suite includes 6 customer service
cartoons, called ToonUps, as part of the complete Customer Service Program.
This comprehensive program covers all aspects of telephone and online customer
service issues and includes 34 cartoons that can be used in a variety of
training formats. The Quality Customer Service Suite is one of 6 complementary
training modules at work within the Customer Service Program and can be taught
alone or alongside the other customer service guides.

Flexible Training Options
The Quality Customer Service Suite can be presented by itself as part of a more
focused discussion on quality, or in conjunction with the complete Customer
Service Program for a thorough training session on all the important aspects
that come into play when offering telephone and online customer service.
The cartoons included in the Quality Customer Service Suite show employees how
to improve the quality of a customer's phone or online customer service
experience. The employee's performance and importance are stressed in this
segment of the customer service program, particularly the need to be responsible,
attentive and involved. Goal and team-oriented behavior is also of the utmost
importance to the Quality Suite.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's customer service training tools, the Quality ToonUps can be
used as stand alone tips to improve customer service or integrated into PowerPoint
presentations, sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated in
E-Learning and CBT programs.
