The Teamwork Suite demonstrates effective teamwork skills with humorous
training cartoons whose lessons stay with employees long after the training
session is over. Like all our human resources seminars, these animations are
quick, funny presentations; their effectiveness is evident in the simple,
memorable power of humor that fuels all of our human resources seminars.
MaraStar's Teamwork Suite includes 7 teamwork skills cartoons,
called ToonUps, as part of the modular Human Resources Training Package.
This comprehensive training course includes 16 human resources strategy and
scenario cartoons covering the most common HR training issues. The Teamwork
Suite is one of 6 interconnected human resources courses within this HR
Package and can be used alone or as a complement to any of the other suites.

Flexible Training Options
The Teamwork Suite can be used alone or in conjunction with any of the other
Human Resources seminars. Used on its own, the Teamwork Suite can help you
focus on strengthening teamwork skills exclusively or with certain groups
of employees only. Or, the Teamwork Suite can be taught alongside the companion
human resources seminars in any number of ways to create customized human
resources seminars that build teamwork skills, reduce harassment and encourage
diversity.
The teamwork skills demonstrated in this suite can, and should, be taught in
a variety of human resources seminars and formats. The teamwork skills cartoons
included in this suite show the benefit of teams, teamwork and communication;
how to get everyone involved and balance workloads; and the harmful effects
of ineffective teamwork.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's human resources seminars, the Teamwork Skills ToonUps
can be used as stand alone HR tips or integrated into PowerPoint presentations,
sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated in E-Learning and
CBT programs.
