MaraStar's Communication Skills Suite includes 8 animations, called

Flexible Training Options
The Communication Skills Training Suite is only available as part of our
complete Customer Service Training Package. This modular system can be broken
into segments and used alone for a more focused communication skills training
program, or used in conjunction with the other customer service tips and tools
to deliver a comprehensive employee training program to improve customer
service in all areas.
The customer service tips presented in the Communications Skills Suite
demonstrate the problems that can arise from poor communication, and the
skills and solutions that can help. The cartoons in the module present
customer service tips for better verbal communication with customers—tone,
pitch, diction, clarity and word choice.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's customer service training tools, the Communication
Skills Training ToonUps can be used as stand alone tips to improve customer
service or integrated into PowerPoint presentations, sent via Email, posted
on Intranet sites or incorporated in E-Learning and CBT programs.
