Servicing the Customer Suite

The cartoons included in the Servicing the Customer Suite show what it takes to provide truly effective customer service from the customer’s point of view. This suite uses a more service-oriented approach to customer service skills training and can be taught separately or alongside the larger Customer Service Skills Training Package.

MaraStar's Servicing the Customer Suite includes 4 customer service skills training cartoons, called ToonUps. This suite is part of the comprehensive Customer Service Skills Training Program that includes 34 customer service cartoons on all needs and wants an employee must meet in order to provide effective customer service. The Servicing the Customer Suite is one of 6 complementary modules within the complete Customer Service Program and can be used alone or in conjunction with any of the other 5 suites.

You can also create your own lessons by choosing cartoons from each suite to make a unique customer service skills training program that fits your work culture.
