Suite
The cartoons included in the Servicing the Customer Suite show what it takes to
provide truly effective customer service from the customer’s point of view. This
suite uses a more service-oriented approach to customer service skills training
and can be taught separately or alongside the larger Customer Service Skills Training
Package.

needs and wants an employee must meet in order to provide effective customer service.

The customer service cartoons included in the Servicing the Customer Suite demonstrate
