Suite
The Customer Care Suite is a customer-experience centric portion of the
all-encompassing Customer Service Package. The full Customer Service Package
contains a number of customer service videos covering a broad range of customer
service scenarios; the Customer Care Suite focuses on providing good customer
service form the customer's perspective.
MaraStar's Customer Care Suite includes 6 animated customer service
videos, called ToonUps, which are part of the larger Customer Service Package.
This modular system covers all the common customer service scenarios and includes
a focused section on each topic; the Customer Care Suite is one of 6
interchangeable and adaptable modules within the Customer Service Package framework.

Flexible Training Options
The Customer Care Suite is only available as part of our complete Customer Service
Training Package, but it can be used alone to develop a training session that
is focused on the customer’s experience. Of course, it can also be used in
combination with any of the other training materials to provide a general
program for good customer service across the board.
The customer service scenarios within the Customer Care Suite show the customer's
perspective and strive to remind employees of the human aspect of their job.
These animated customer service videos in this suite bring to light what good
customer service means to the customer—and what can sometimes get in the
way of that experience.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's customer service training tools, the Customer Care ToonUps
can be used as stand alone tips to improve customer service or integrated into
PowerPoint presentations, sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated
in E-Learning and CBT programs.
