Sales Habits Suite

The Sales Habits Suite provides sales training tips and ideas for development as part of a larger Sales Training course that offers selling tips, tricks, hints and solutions for all areas of sales, from telemarketing skills tips to contact center training programs. All these lessons are conveyed through humorous sales cartoons that are fun, funny and factual. The animations make help employees remember the sales training tips longer, which helps you improve sales.

MaraStar's Sales Habits Training Suite includes 4 sales and contact center training cartoons, called ToonUps, as part of the modular Sales Training Course. This comprehensive package includes 16 sales cartoons that provide sales training tips for the most common selling issues. The Sales Habits Suite is one of 4 interconnected segments within the Sales Training Program and can be used alone or in conjunction with any of the other suites.

Flexible Training Options

The Sales Habits Suite can be used alone or as part of the complete Sales Training course. For a concentrated session that focuses on one aspect of online, in-person or telemarketing skills tips, use the Sales Habits Suite by itself to focus on habits and sales training tips specific to phone or internet sales. Or, use the Sales Habits Suite in conjunction with the other 3 sales suites for a broader program that covers all aspects of contact center training and sales.

The sales training tips covered in the Sales Habits Suite demonstrate bad habits associated with selling, and how to correct them with online, in-person and telemarketing skills tips. Employees learn the dangers of letting gender or geographic bias get in the way of sales, as well as how to persist a sale without losing the customer and pace a call for optimal results.
