Diversity
Suite
The Diversity Training Suite uses humor to convey diversity and sensitivity
issues as oart of diversity training for supervisors and employees. This is
a very different approach from most diversity training programs, as it uses
cartoons to demonstrate various human resources and diversity issues and
situations. These animations form a unique type of diversity training that
is entertaining and engaging, which helps it stick with employees once training
is over. The Diversity Training suite is part of the complete Human Resources
Training course, a comprehensive package that discusses major HR issues and
situations, from harassment to absenteeism.
MaraStar's Diversity Training Suite includes 4 HR cartoons, called
ToonUps, as part of the modular Human Resources Training Package. This
comprehensive training course includes 16 human resources strategy and
scenario cartoons covering the most common HR training issues. The Diversity
Training Suite is one of 6 interconnected segments within the Human Resources
Program and can be used alone or in conjunction with any of the other suites.

Flexible Training Options
The Diversity Training Suite can be broken out of the complete Human Resources
Package and used alone to conduct a more focused diversity training for supervisors
or employees. Or, use the Diversity Training suite with any of the other HR
courses to create a variety of customized diversity training programs that
fit your workplace.
The issues presented in this suite are designed to provide diversity training
for supervisors and employees at any level. The cartoon diversity training
programs included in this suite will help employees understand diversity and
its advantages, overcome prejudice and include every employee in meetings
and discussions.
MultiMedia Applications
Like all of MaraStar's human resources and diversity training programs, the
Diversity ToonUps can be used as stand alone HR tips or integrated into
PowerPoint presentations, sent via Email, posted on Intranet sites or incorporated
in E-Learning and CBT programs.
